This very basic spare bedroom needed much tender loving care to make it attractive and blend with the rest of the house. Every room in a staged house needs to be dressed up. Potential buyers will look into every room and will try to envision how their furniture will fit and look in the space. It is dificult to imagine spatial proportions in empty or thinly furnished rooms.
By keeping the colours neutral in this guest bedroom we made the space very eye appealing to everyone. Adding lamps on each side of the bed finishes the space and makes it appear more lived in. The beautiful draperies compliment and dress up the windows. This simple but elegant room can now be envisioned relaxing and living in just like the rest of the house. Also see next page.
